About Our SMS Program
CPTMS operates an SMS messaging program that sends automated text messages to drivers and customers involved in freight dispatch operations. Messages include load dispatch notifications, pickup and delivery status updates, detention alerts, and customer quote and delivery confirmations.
Messages are sent from our platform phone number. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
How to Opt In

Text the keyword Send HPDRIVE from your mobile phone to our dispatch number provided by your carrier or broker.

Receive confirmation You'll get a confirmation text acknowledging your opt-in. Keep this for your records.

Start receiving messages Dispatch notifications, pickup confirmations, and status update requests will be sent to your number for active loads.
Customers may opt in to receive quote status and delivery notifications via the contact form or by verbal consent with a CPTMS representative. Consent is recorded and retained.

How to Opt Out
You may also opt out by:
- Calling us at (224) 534-9768
- Emailing info@cptms.com with your phone number and a request to be removed
- Asking your dispatcher or broker to remove your number from the system
Opt-out requests are processed immediately. If you opt out and later wish to receive messages again, you may re-enroll by texting HPDRIVE again.
Message Frequency & Cost
- Message frequency: Varies based on active loads. Drivers may receive several messages per load (dispatch, pickup confirmation, delivery confirmation, etc.). Customers typically receive 1–3 messages per shipment.
- Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan.
- CPTMS does not charge for SMS messages. Carrier rates are your responsibility.
- Messages are sent only to opted-in recipients. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Privacy & Data
Your mobile number is used only for the purpose of freight dispatch communications. We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.
